Workshops are for those who appreciate the value of Fundamental Martial Arts training, but either do not have the time for continuous training or desire their loved ones to have some basic fundamental skills. Workshops are also a fit for corporate team builders, sports teams and organizations that desire improved concept awareness and abilities. Workshops are four hours long.
Minimum:
8 pre-paid participants.
Maximum:
14 participants per workshop.
Pre-registration & pre-payment is required.
